Multifamily Program

Multifamily communities with three or more units in the PECO service area are eligible to participate in the Multifamily Program.

Pre-authorization is required for residential in-unit and prescriptive/custom incentives. Product rebate projects do not require pre-authorization.

Our MultiFamily Program offers property managers the ability to:
