Multifamily Common Area and Exterior Upgrades
Commercial buildings with three or more units are considered Multifamily (MF) and will be eligible to receive financial incentives for energy-efficiency upgrades through our Prescriptive and Custom Solutions.
Please consult our project application for full details and eligibility. For Income-Eligible properties, eligibility will be determined at time of pre-approval stage with increased incentives if applicable.
